copyright kristin johnson 1/20/08kira the cat had kittens and it was horrible!!! there were only three. this one my human calls "funky legs" was first. it looks like someone put his legs on backwards!! the second one was born with it's intestines on the outside of it's body and died almost immediately. the third kitten appears to be normal, though i won't be surprised if it sprouts wings and starts flying around. i'm thinking of selling tickets. we'll call it "geralds freak show". seriously the condition is twisted legs and with a little work kitty might be okay. it's kind of gross to watch him move around but he does a great job. i overheard a visitor saying we needed to "off" the little guy. what the ****!!! there will be no kitten killing here!! geesh i hope i never lose my hind legs. after some reading there is some wacko in texas that breeds cats so they will have twisted front legs. now that's sick!! i think they are called twisty cats. well i have to go do my turn on kitty watch cause the mama is acting strange. hope they all came out.

PLEASE DON'T KILL THE KITTEN, ITS THE DEVELOPMENT OF GOD'S ANGELS. IT WOULD BE A SIN TO KILL A DEFORMED ANIMAL OR KID. I HAVE 2 DISABLED KIDS, AND I KNOW WE ARE TALKING ABOUT KITTENS HERE, BUT YOUR KITTEN HAS A REASON TO BE ALIVE. GIVE IT A CHANCE. TAKE IT TO A DOCTOR AND MAYBE HE OR SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP YOU OUT. EITHER BY SURGERY OR SOMETHING. AND FORGET WHAT THESE UNFEELING IDIOTS HAVE TO SAY.
I have a deformed cat and she's almost 13 years old now. Her front two legs are deformed but they make her her. I hope this kitten is still alive and well because cat with well...infirmities can be the best companions out of any of them. Best of luck,

yes the cat is still alive. his name is oswald and my human loves him more than any other cat i think. his legs are normal now but he does have a rib cage deformity. you wouldn't know unless you feel it though. he is very healthy too so my human thinks he will have a very full life. thanks for asking about him.
