Goat! It's What's for Dinner!

we had goat shanks for easter dinner. the human had never had goat before so she thought she should try it to see if they will be eating their goats. the answer is yes, some of the goats will be food! gerald, you better hide. the goat shanks were very yummy! it looks like vomit in the pan but that's just the veggies it was cooked with! i highly suggest goat to anyone who has never had it. the recipe was very easy. the meat turned out very tender! EAT GOAT!! oh and it doesn't taste like chicken.

hmmm, what's in there?

yummy, goat shanks!

Hi Penelope
Hmm we've never tried goat. Err have you seen Gerald lately? We have left details for you to go on the Cat Blogsphere, it should go on later today. If you want to look, it's the first link on our links list.

We read about you on the Cat Blogosphere - welcome! Though it sounds like Gerald might be in trouble....

wow, are goats as dangerous as Vishus Deer (have you heard that? Vishus Deer are after us juicy kitties! the word is all over the blogosphere)? If so, you are very brave!
Does that goat taste like pork loin? I have an icky tummy so I only get special stuff on occasion. I looooooooove pork loin!
I hope you enjoyed that whole pot yourself!

Hi Penelope! Its nice to meet cha. Eric and Flynn said you are a nice kitty to know. I really like you blog; Bunnies, Goats, Chicks, WOW! You really have it all.

Oh, I'm not sure that 'cook 'till it looks like vomit' is a good recipe instruction. I'm fairly sure I've never seen it in a cookbook.

Hello Penelope.

Eric and Flynn sent me over to visit you. Nice to meet you.

They served curried goat for dinner at the school where my mum teaches last week but most of the kids didn't fancy it and went for the chicken instead...

Come and visit me some time!

Hi Penelope. Eric and Flynn send us over. We are so sad to read that you lost another Penelope in a flood...
And we can't believe your humans will eat goats either.... Our staff does not eat any meat - they say they just can't eat another living being.
We agree. Somewhat - as being carnivores and such we just don't have a choice, right? My favorite is lizard...

Hello, Penelope, I am friends with Eric and Flynn who send me along. Nice to meet you and your bunny friends. I have never tried goat and am not likely to. Neither my SS nor I are adventurous eaters. Come and visit some time.
